About Efatha

Efatha Church, formerly known as Efatha Ministry, with an apostolic and prophetic foundation, was established in 1996 and legally registered as a ministry here in Tanzania in 1997. In 2021, it obtained church registration. The church was founded by the Servant of God, Apostle and Prophet Josephat Elias Mwingira, who is the Chief Apostle of this church, which is growing rapidly both within Tanzania and beyond. Efatha Church is a divine vision given to the Servant of God, Apostle and Prophet Josephat Elias Mwingira, with a divine purpose within it. Some of the church's responsibilities are as follows;
