This is our year of Possession so make sure you own something. Possession in Christ Jesus is never related to your strength or your income but it is related to your relationship with Jesus. Through your relationship with Jesus, you will start a business without capital, you will go to university while your parents cannot afford the fees; you will build a house while you have no money; because God is your Father and Christ Jesus is the source of your capital, he is the source of your fee, he is the source to everything you desire.
Make sure this year you keep a good relationship with Jesus by staying away from sin, reject the world and its things related to Christ and decide to walk with Him; make Him happy, the way you talk, walk and act like Jesus, He will live in you. If your relationship with Christ stays good you will never die poor.
Ephesians 1:3-7 “Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who hath blessed us with all spiritual blessings in heavenly places in Christ: According as he hath chosen us in him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and without blame before him in love: Having predestinated us unto the adoption of children by Jesus Christ to himself, according to the good pleasure of his will,..”
The day you start thinking about them, it means that you have already dominated. Why are you saved but the devil can deceive you? Because you don’t have clean hands nor pure heart. Start living a life of self-sacrifice, a life of clean hands and a pure heart, so that whatever you ask for from God can be granted to you.
Psalms 24:1 “The earth is the LORD’s, and the fulness thereof; the world, and they that dwell therein.” If God owns everything, why on earth is there a plot and it is owned by someone? The Bible says that the owner is the one who gives to them (God). If you want to own what God has, you should understand a few things.
Psalms 24:3 “Who shall ascend into the hill of the LORD? or who shall stand in his holy place?” This type of person can go to God and ask for something and it will be given to them. Don’t think it’s because you don’t work hard that’s why you don’t receive or you’re poor, no, you should realize that you don’t have enough qualities and that’s why you don’t receive from him. All creation has the right to go to God and receive something from Him, for those who are believers have the right to go to Him and get something but they should go with clean hands and a pure heart. They are what we call worshippers.
Ephesians 2:19-20 “Now therefore ye are no more strangers and foreigners, but fellowcitizens with the saints, and of the household of God;”
The day I realized that God has the best for me, I made sure I deserve to inherit with his saints. Not everyone who goes to university ends up with a certificate, in the same way even in the Kingdom of God you have to make sure you deserve to receive from Him.
In order to experience the greatest life this world gives you, you must act in a way that will appease God and lead him to declare, “This is my beloved son; give him whatever he wants; I love him.”
If you don’t shape your behavior in a way that pleases God, you will worship and attend church every day. You can even reach heaven, but you will never be able to fully experience life on earth; instead, you will become a spectator, while you were the same host as God’s saints.
This is your time to take what is yours. Prepare yourself to act well so that you can receive from him; as Psalm 24:4 “He that hath clean hands, and a pure heart; who hath not lifted up his soul unto vanity, nor sworn deceitfully.”
PRAYERS:
1. My heavenly father, I want to be for you alone, the way I speak, the way I act, I want to be for you. Jesus, use my mouth, my feet, my hands and everything so that when I prosper, I will not say it is because of my strength, but I will say that God has blessed me.
2. God, I want to be like you, and whatever prevents me from being like you, let it go.
May the Spirit of the Lord change your way of speaking, do not speak as the devil wants you to speak, but speak as God wants to say good things for you. Let the Spirit of God change your way of walking, don’t go as the world wants, people, the devil or as you used to go in the past. Whatever you do, do it with a pure heart so that the devil doesn’t stop you, start saying what you want to happen so that it comes true.
